iCU always invest the necessary time into the planning stage of each project, as we have found through experience, that this investment directly relates to customer satisfaction on delivery. 

Our Method of Operation is as follows;

Step 1:   A correctly designed system will not generally be available 'off the shelf'. An iCU engineer will be assigned to you and a consultation will be arranged  to understand the particular issues relating to your property, and the facilities that you require from your system. We will listen, and not sell you something you do not need.
Step 2:   When we have discussed and understood all of your requirements we will produce a Design Specification detailing the solution. The design will be discussed with you to ensure that you are happy with the proposed system function therefore eliminating any misinterpretation (a common cause of customer dissatisfaction)
Step 3:     A programme of works and resources will be produced for your agreement prior to commencement
Step 4:   We will commence the programme of works following your agreement
Step 5:    Upon completion of the installation, your iCU engineer will ensure that the system is correctly set-up and commissioned prior to demonstrating system operation and providing your training requirements.
Step 6:   iCU will continue to support your system and be available to offer any advice. We can tailor our standard service agreements to meet your particular ongoing service requirements.
