You have invested substantially in computers for your staff but feel you have not gained the full benefit from the investment…. 
You find that they all need their own printers, perhaps there is an office plotter or scanner etc. Not everyone has immediate access to these devices when they NEED them. The device may not be connected to their PC, they must then disrupt other employees from their work to gain the necessary access.
